I'm a certified yoga teacher with over four decades of devoted practice in yoga, meditation, and pranayama. While my professional journey has been in Information Technology, my deeper journey has always been on the mat — where each day begins with two quiet, focused hours of breathwork, movement, and reflection.

I live by a simple philosophy: a well-rounded life rests on three essential pillars:

  • A career that provides stability
  • A passion that fuels the soul
  • A hobby that keeps the spirit light

My career has been rooted in Computer Technologies. My passion is the lifelong pursuit of Yoga, Meditation, and Hypnotherapy. And my hobby is playing golf on sunny days.

Beyond these, what truly centers me is a sense of oneness — the inner connection between mind, body, spirit, and the world around us. This awareness has deepened my love and appreciation for my family, who are my constant source of strength, grounding, and joy.

Through Manus Minds, I hope to share the same clarity, healing, and connectedness that has shaped my life — guiding others toward wellness, peace, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
